Establish quorum and meaningful majority criteria to validate future referenda.
Referendums are affecting the future of the UK. A 50.1% majority is slight and have left nearly half the electorate unsatisfied and discontented. Criteria such as the definition of a quorum would establish the initial validity of the referendum and more accurately reflect the will of the electorate.
