Stop refering to the financial markets as if they were voters

Additional Information

The government should stop making reference to the market's view of potential decisions on public policy. The markets do not posses a vote and are not democratically accountable bodies and as such should not be spoken of as having an opinion which should impact on publc policy and decision making.
