Proposal that the government table an urgent motion to allow local binding referendums, either online or paper ballot, (including retrospectively) in cases where places/items of regional cultural significance are sought to have their identities or any significant important individualism amended by third parties such as councils, private owners, limited companies and so forth.
This would include museums, art galleries, sports stadia which are synonymous with regional identity.
