Ban Whips at racecourses
To stop the cruel practice of hitting horses at anytime during a race. If someone hit another animal ie. Dogs' or Cats' the RSPA surely would get involved.
This is a sport and the jockeys' should use their ridding skills not how hard or how many time it is legal to inflict pain Just to win a race; that benefits (Cash) to both Jockey, owner and trainer.
This total ban should stop all the disputes and stewards who have to count each painful stroke.
