Criminalise the blocking of driveways
The blocking of or parking on private driveways and land is becoming commonplace by some causing inconvenience, intimidation and even hardship and should be classified as anti sociable and dealt with as a criminal offence to reduce its frequency
A fully funded system using vehicle impounds with release charges and fixed penalty fines should be used.
