Threshold based EU referendum to heal bitter divisions from last EU referendum
The controversial and misleading statements in the last EU referendum and subsequent Brexit talks have caused deep and bitter
national divisions. There is a need for a clear threshold based new referendum with 10% majority so it is considered decisive and conclusive
