Set up law to exempt spouse and parents of those KIA from council tax for life

Petition Details

There is no law at present which exempts spouse and parents of those members of the armed forces, security services, NHS and police killed during their service or when on operations.
To honour them, I want UK legislation to excuse their spouse and parents from council tax liability for life
