Fine people who park in mother and child spaces without a child present
Mother and child spaces are there to help parents with children such as when children open the car door it is not going to damage the car parked next to it also it’s stops children walking far across a car park with chances of being knocked down hence the spaces are close to the shops
New mothers have child seats to get in and out of cars and do not have the space to do so other than mother and child parking spaces
