Change CMS from GROSS pay back to NET pay and don't include a fathers overtime.
The child support agency (CSA) has changed over to the child maintainance service (CMS) and in doing so it has changed calculations from NET PAY to GROSS PAY costing dads anywhere from £50 extra per month to 200+ extra per month, as these new calculations also include overtime.
Also take into account the mental state this can have on a father. We are trying to prevent problems, not create more.
