Compulsory Identification of HALAL and ritually slaughtered meat product
Some religions require that animals are killed in a manner that is condidered to be inhmane by many people.Regulations must be put into force so that foodstuffs that contain meat from ritually slaughtered animals should be clearly labelled as such so consumers can make an informed choice.
