Re-skill ALL shop floor workers who have been made redundant in 2018 onwards.
Around 30,000 jobs have been lost or at risk since Jan 1 2018. The British Retail Consortium are predicting that up to 1m jobs could be lost or at risk by 2020 in UK Retailing. Every shop worker should be given FREE training to start a new digital career in online retailing.
