To Stop Public money being used for interpreters within the NHS

Additional Information

Millions of pounds are spent each year by the NHS to supply Interpreters for patients who do not speak English. This money can be better spent on other services and patients who cannot speak English themselves should be responsible for providing their own interpreters.
