Petition Action

Take action against Fraud companies doing Business in UK specially financial

Petition Details

Some companies come from Marshall Islands, Brazil and weird places to setup business here. These Fraud companies then make fool of innocent people by their attractive marketing strategies. Many persons got trapped into their schemes and lost their hard earned money just like anything.

Additional Information

In this digital era, where the money is going can be easily tracked down but nobody is helping us as when they find out the parent company was not based in UK no one can do anything for us, even the lawyers and FCA are helpless. These people are keep on doing scam after scam as no one can do anything to them. Many evidences available in the market like Providence Bonds, StratXMarket etc. Isn't it govt duty to protect their citizen from these scams and help them to get their money back?

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular we're not sure what you mean by "take action".

In any case, the investigation and prosecution of fraud is a matter for the police, not the UK Government or Parliament.

You can find out how to report financial fraud here: www.actionfraud.police.uk/

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking for a specific change to the law, if that's what you want to happen.
