Deport to the country of origin law breaking immigrants together with dependants

Petition Details

This would encourage migrants to abide with the laws of the land and their families would help to police their actions.
Similar to the US and Australia.
This would save tax payers money by not keeping them in prison and not having to pay out benefits to their dependants

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Foreign national offenders are already deported under the UK Borders Act 2007. So we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
