Scrap PIP assessments and prosecute those responsible for this policy.
The assessment process for PIP involves answering humiliating, degrading and debasing questions, and causes uneccessary stress and cruel mental suffering. This is prohibited under Article 3 of the Human Rights Act.We call on Government to scrap this process and prosecute those responsible.
