Reduce red tape for small businesses with a turnover less than £100k
When David Cameron came to power he promised to reduce red tape for small businesses, instead it has increased. It is unfair to place the same legislation on small businesses as large ones as there are not the staff or funds to deal with this.
Encourage small business, don’t break their backs!
Health and safety, maternity pay, paternity pay, pensions not to mention the risk of being sued for minor infringements of laws you never knew about. It has to stop. Small business Owners invest large amounts of their own money, Work long hours and boost the economy but their are little incentives to help them, just more and more rules and regulations.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about laws that affect businesses, but we're not sure exactly which laws you'd like to change.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
