Declare Monday 16/07/2018 a public holiday if England make the World Cup Final
England are on an incredible run at present and the country is buzzing. Should England make the final, win or lose, people will not be productive at work and at least a day is needed to reflect on the tournament as a whole. This should be a public holiday to allow us to celebrate the right way!
