Declare the day after the World Cup (16/7/18) a bank holiday, when England win.
All the signs are there, the stars have aligned, the weather has arrived and the country is united! The only thing missing is the Jules Rimet and a bank holiday the day after. Let's be honest, no work will be done anyway.
