Re-run finn’s law through parliament

To remove a section of the current law of self-defence often used by those who harm a service animal or classifie all personal and animals in the service under the same category/law, to ensure those that do them harm are processed as if you injure/killed a human.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

We understand that you're concerned about police dogs who get hurt, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking for Police dogs to be given the same status as Police officers if they are attacked in the line of duty, of that's what you'd like to happen.
