Stop Insurance Companies increasing drivers premium for a no-fault accident
Make applying financial increases to driver insurance premiums who have been involved in an accident with a non-insured driver or in a no-fault accident, illegal.
It is unreasonable and unjust that drivers who are unfortunate in being involved in a no-fault accident, or those involved in incidents whereby the other driver is not insured; should suffer a financial increase on their own insurance premiums.
We pay a huge amount of money to the Insurance sector to protect us against incidents where our vehicles are stolen or damaged. At the moment a no-fault accident will attract a minimum of a 10.81% load on your premiums, how is this fair or just?
