First class in trains must only be applicable if noone is standing on the train.
The UK government must act on benefit of it's citizens and alleviate the suffering of the commuters. We suggest that the train companies should be allowed to charge first class tickets only if there are no standing passengers on the train.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
At the moment, this is the responsibility of train companies, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
