Additional Information

To avoid disrespectful disturbances during the Remembrance Day silence, the mobile phone network should be suspended from 11:00 until 11:02. This would ensure the preservation of the sanctity of the occasion both from those actively seeking to disrupt it and those that do so inadvertently.
