Make Monday 16th July a public holiday in England if England win the World Cup.
To celebrate the superb achievement of Sir Gareth of Southgate and his English warriors and to reward a nation who by this time will have no interest in how good the Brexit deal you cone up with is.
I would suggest people not having to drive early this morning could save thousands of lives which would add to the burden of our heroic and overworked emergency services
