Mrs May: declare a holiday on Monday 16th July should England win the World Cup
Many people will want to celebrate a great achievement in England winning the World Cup for the first time since 1966. Absenteeism will be rife, so why not make it a holiday so we can all celebrate properly?
This country needs a day of national rejoicing!
