Make it illegal for ITV to show an England game live ever again.
We always lose on ITV.
At the 2018 World Cup, England's record on the BBC was P3 W3
On ITV it was P3 D1 L2 (ok, we won a penalty shoot-out, but that was because we drew).
For the good of the national football team - make them show Inspector Morse repeats or something.
