Letting the UK vote on what countries they want entering the UK as migrants.
Letting the UK vote on what countries it wants entering the UK as migrants or refugees, for example the top 10 voted counties would be granted access into the UK as refugee status and every 5 years there would be another vote to decide which 5 countries would be granted access.
