A Realistic Dog Licence System
There are over 10 million unlicenced dogs in the UK and over 5000 hospital admissions for dog bite injuries each year, as well as innumerable cases of dog attacks on other animals. There needs to be a new dog licence system which monitors and encourages responsible dog ownership and provides additional revenue for local dog warden services.
