Business access only down alley way in between Primark and HSBC
We want business access only down this alleyway. Drug use and homelessness is becoming dangerous for people down there.
The alley way smells of urine and is able to be smelt back on the front of the shops towards the stonebow. People’s health is at risk with needles littered and violent people down there.
