Compulsory helmet wearing for cyclists in the UK.
A comprehensive review of 40 studies found that wearing a cycle helmet reduced the likelihood of serious head injury by nearly 70% and of fatal head injuries by 65%. The law needs to be changed to protect cyclists and drivers.
