Allow dogs in shops and stores during high temperature seasons
We’ve all been suffering in the recent heat wave and pet owners are still leaving their dogs in cars (this could ignorance or simply needing dog food and unable to take their dog with them)
I believe stores should have a temporary allowance for dogs in stores during high temperature weather
