Parliament continues to sit until a proper plan for leaving the EU is finalised.
Given the time frame for negotiating with the EU, and the disagreement within government re. bills relating to the process,
all leave (summer recess) should be cancelled until the government and parliament can agree on a way forward.
Leaving the EU is the the most important process in the lifetime of the majority of the people of the UK.
For parliament to simply disappear for almost three months is a dereliction of duty and unacceptable at such an important juncture.
When you consider that emergency services had leave cancelled for a recent high profile visit from an overseas dignitary, surely the same commitment to duty should be expected from elected members so that they properly represent "The will of the People".
