Additional Information

All armed forces personnel should have a first claim on all police vacancies when they leave the forces. The applicants should be vetted for suitability by an independent body and after that the police should only has limited powers to veto and they must give reasons for a veto. There should also be a suitable housing package that goes with the job so the applicant can take jobs throughout the UK.
