Stop unlawful and discriminate rejection of Pakistani visitor visa applications.
Home Office immigration staff is rejecting thousands of visitor applications from Pakistan. The applicants are relatives of Pakistani immigrants like the Windrush generation invited to UK when it was facing labour shortages. Refusals are inhumane, cruel and depriving relatives of basic human rights.
In some instances members of the family have not been able to visit terminally ill or deceased relatives. The government needs to examine carefully the disproportionate refusal rates for Pakistani visitors and review the unfair application of its immigration policy by staff in UAE.
