Ensure exporting and business is at the centre of UK government/civil service policy

In this time of rebalancing the economy it is important that a major change occurs within the UK government /civil service policy. It should aim to put exporting, business and trade at the centre of it policies. The UK civil service is notariously slow but business must be made second nature to it. It is only in this way that the UK will be able to compete globalised world. If business wants to compete against Germany and the USA for orders it is easier if the government supports it rather than ignores it or even worse hinders it.
