All foods that contain gelatine must state what type of animal it is made from

I would like this to happen as many religions have certain foods that they are not allowed to eat.

Additional Information

Reading the ingredients on the back of food to check and it just says gelatine is not helpful. This petition is simple and wants companies to be required to specify what animal gelatine is in their products.

I really hope we can do this as a United Kingdom and bring together at least 10,000 signatures so we can get a written response from the Government!
