All children up to the end of college should have an unpaid oyster.

Additional Information

Once the 'child' turns sixteen they should have to pay a SMALL fee every year to keep the oyster cheap. This will help them put more money into saving as university fee's are getting higher every year. However before they are sixteen the travel on buses should be free and it should reduce the train and tube price by 30% at least.
