Ban the deployment of children in undercover police or intelligence operations.
Children must not be used as a means of meeting the interests of the State, nor should their safety be put at risk for that purpose. Using children in undercover operations is an abuse of their right under the law for their welfare to be treated as paramount in any decisions relating to their lives.
