Condemn the decision not to oppose the death penalty in all cases.
The UK have decided not to block the death penalty in the case of two men accused of being Islamic State members. While their alleged crimes are repugnant, the decision undermines the UK's moral position of opposition to the death penalty without proper parliamentary debate or oversight.
