Stop deporting spouse and parents of British legal citizens.
I and my wife have faced the horror when she was detained to be removed from a country that's has been her home for over 10 years. She was working at a respectable job before Home Office refused her in-time application as a late application and made her illegal.
There is seldom any news on successful deportation of convicted criminals, phoney asylum seekers, hate preachers etc. Only families & highly-skilled immigrants are targeted.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition asking for a specific change to immigration rules.
