I want a automatic £1000 for any person who leaves any animal in a hot car.
I see every year lots of dogs left in scorching hot cars, some die.
The RSPCA get rang, the police have to attend it’s a waste of resources.
If there’s a automatic fine, a large amount people will think twice.
It’s happening all over the UK
