Petition Details

Between 1996 & 1998 Bank of Scotland mis-sold shared appreciation mortgages. Aimed at vulnerable pensioners, now in their 80s. Result: now trapped in homes with insufficient equity to buy another as liable to pay 50% / 75% of appreciation to the bank.
