Press the United Nations to make the dumping of all waste in the oceans illegal.
The only way to stop the polution of the oceans by plastic and other waste is to stop the dumping of urban waste at sea. The attempts that are being made to remove plastic and other waste from the oceans will only start to be effective once the dumping has stopped.
