Sia licence holders are the front line in security in the U.K. any event, night club, supermarkets, government buildings Sia licence holders are there to keep you safe and secure
Most sia licence holders are on national minimum wage at £7.83.
The job licence holders do and the risk they take each day is taken for granted and it needs to change
