HOMELESS people MUST be allowed ACCESS to a GP

Additional Information

Currently you must have an address in order to register with a GP.
We the undersigned believe that access to a GP and thereby to the National Health Service is for everyone and especially for those in the greatest need. Homelessness is likely to adversely affect health and therefore should not be a barrier to access to healthcare.
