Require CCJs to be sent by recorded post

Petition Details

CCJs are just sent by normal post. If these are not received or sent to a previous address they are just entered against you. This is completely unfair which if you find out you have one, you then have to pay to get it set aside as you had no chance of defence. This needs to change.

These need to at least be sent by recorded post and not entered if they are not received.
