Animal Abuse Register & Sentencing

Additional Information

The Government needs to set up a register of people who have abused or neglected animals to stop them ever being able to own an animal again. Vets, police, breeders and rescue shelters should have free access to this register. Tougher sentencing for those convicted of animal abuse with a mandatory jail time of at least 3 years.
