Introduce new regulations in the workplace concerning extreme heat in the U.K
In the interest of public safety and employees in an ever increasing climate. Its only right that we should be looking to protect the public and workers from the detrimental effects of long periods of exposure in extreme heat during a period of work.
As we experience this extreme heat a lot less then our E.U neighbours its even more reason for individuals to suffer from the effects of prolonged exposure in the extreme heat . Not reason to dismiss it and say it won't last long , Thats completely irrelevant and ignorant. And with so much evidence from around the globe, Before accidents/fatalities as a result of extreme heat occur, New laws need to be in place.
