Require all drivers to retake a driving test once they reach the age of 60.
Whilst young drivers are most at risk of being involved in, or causing an accident, the main cause for these errors is inexperience. This is not the case for drivers of age 60 years plus. Nonetheless, this group of drivers cause a disproportionate amount of incidents through complacency or inability
