To impose stricter laws for the use of horse drawn carts, and roadside tethering
The use of horse drawn carts is now widely known for severe health implications on the horse, as well as potentially dangerous to other traffic as roads get busier. Also Welfare of horses tethered to roadsides often with no shelter and minimal food, should be further considered by the government.
