Legislate to allow for ‘no questions asked’ divorces in the United Kingdom
We the undersigned call on the Government to amend current divorce legislation to allow for a ‘no questions asked’ divorce granted 28 days after the acceptance of the decree nisi. The decree absolute being granted on the 29th day.
